CRI is a unique organization in that it provides contract packaging and assembly services to businesses state and nation wide, and provides employment services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. There are certain criteria that must be met in order to work at CRI including having a diagnosed disability and maintaining County residency among other items. We can help explain eligibility requirements to you. How can my company do business with CRI? Simply call us at 715-726-7822 and ask for the Director or Work Coordinator. We will learn about your company’s needs, study the job, ensure we meet or exceed quality and efficiency standards, and provide you with a quote on the project. CRI strictly follows Department of Labor standards that apply to sub-minimum wage licenses. CRI operates under a Section 14 license approved by of the Federal and State Department of Labor/Wage and Hour Divisions. Every job is time studied to ensure our employees are paid a fair wage based on their production. Further, the prevailing wage is adjusted at least annually (or when the minimum wage increases) through a wage survey process to further ensure compensation is adjusted appropriately. What are your hours? We are generally open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. CRI operates a second shift when production demands warrant a need. Further, we will be flexible if a trucking company can not deliver or pick-up within our normal working hours. |
